Der Stadtmagistrat Innsbruck hat mit B e s c h e i d v o m 22. 5. 1974, ZI. IV-Friedh. 129/
1974, als F r i e d h o f s b e h ö r d e I. Instanz, h i n s i c h t l i c h einer R e i h e von Grabstätten das
E r l ö s c h e n d e s B e n ü t z u n g s r e c h t e s d u r c h Zeitablauf festgestellt. G l e i c h z e i t i g erging
an die v o r m a l s B e n ü t z u n g s b e r e c h t i g t e n die A u f f o r d e r u n g , die G r a b d e n k m ä l e r zu
entfernen. D i e s e r A u f f o r d e r u n g w u r d e trotz S e t z u n g einer a n g e m e s s e n e n Frist
nicht n a c h g e k o m m e n . Demgemäß ergeht f o l g e n d e r

Die D e n k m ä l e r an n a c h f o l g e n d e n Grabstätten w e r d e n gemäß § 29 A b s . 3 Innsb r u c k e r F r i e d h o f s o r d n u n g 1968 v o m 12. 7. 1968 o h n e A n s p r u c h auf E n t s c h ä d i g u n g
